We are currently on a search for a Technician to join the largest manufacturer and distributor of major appliances in Southern Africa, to be based in Nelspruit, the purpose of the role will be to repair warranty and out of warranty appliances in Nelspruit and surrounding area. Provide customer education on our products to dealers and customer when requested and provide overall after sales service in the Mpumalanga Region
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Trade tested artisan at minimum N3 certificate level or will have been deemed competent at Level 4 in Domestic Appliance Repair.
Proven experience in trouble shooting and client liaison in the appliance industry.
Drivers License.
Exposure to management principles are also perquisites.
Preferably English and another language.
High customer satisfaction results.
Efficient job completion (work with daily targets).
