Your Purpose... We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, managing engineers, driving technical excellence, innovation, and efficient delivery of software projects. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality software products across various platforms, including digital and in club member experiences. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring effective team management, fostering collaboration, and achieving business objectives.

Your Duties and Responsibilities...

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the engineering team, ensuring the use of best practices, adherence to coding standards, and efficient development processes.
• Take ownership of the overall engineering output, ensuring timely delivery, code quality, and alignment with project requirements and architectural guidelines.
• Lead and actively participate in the design and development of technology solutions across the entire stack.
• Drive the effective utilization of Cloud services and technologies in developing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Collaborate with the DevOps team for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting as required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Drive the adoption of agile development practices within the team, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Continuously improve development processes and ensure efficient delivery.
• From time you time, you may be required to get involved with hands on development to support the team or to for R&D projects.

• 5-8 years of technology experience designing and developing technology solutions that are deployed at scale.
• Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in full stack development, with hands on expertise in web, mobile app, backend development and solutions architecture.
• Proven track record in team management and leadership, with the ability to mentor and inspire engineers both internal and external.
• Strong understanding of solutions architecture, system integration, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality and scalable software solutions.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and containerization.
• Advantageous: You have experienced in data engineering, visualization and general ETL processes.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Azure and a solid understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, JavaScript, and PHP.
