Duties
Manage switchboard (incoming and outgoing calls), handle queries and deliver messages. Handling of all telecommunication equipment and related tasks. Handling of all alarm systems allocated to switchboard. Report all faults alarms and telephone lines to the supervisor/ relevant technicians. Support to Supervisor.
