Telefundraiser - Cape Town (Fixed Term)

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Facilitating fundraising calls aimed at re-engaging former donors, as well as prospective donors
- Administering all follow up processes arising from fundraising calls
- Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer services environment
- Experience in database capturing and administration or fundraising
- Experience using CRM and/or similar databases
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
