    Telemarketer - Allen’s Nek - Roodepoort

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Target Managements

    • Understand and strive to meet monthly sales targets for Legal and Funeral products.Collaborate with Team Leaders to set and achieve weekly/monthly personal sales targets.
    • Ensure targets are reasonable and set weekly for the entire commission run.

    Marketing and Sales Activity

    • Market Scorpion products to prospective and existing members, including upgrades, switches, and payment method changes.
    • Utilize approved scripts to market our products
    • Use Scorpion-approved tools and marketing materials for member, engagement.
    • Clearly explain product benefits, terms, and any applicable changes.
    • Accurately capture member and policy information, including payment details.
    • Deliver all required disclosures and disclaimers without deviations.
    • Summarize calls to confirm understanding and address final queries.

    Call Centre Maintenance and Reporting

    • Adhere to performance standards through collaboration and regular assessments.
    • Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy in all interactions.
    • Treat all leads with equal importance and ensure transparency in communications.
    • Make required disclosures and avoid unauthorized financial advice.
    • Utilize Debi check mechanisms to optimize collections.

    Complaint Management

    • Communicate respectfully with potential members to minimize complaints.
    • Refer any complaints to Team Leaders for quality control.
    • Cooperate with Team Leaders in complaint investigations and attend to requests promptly.
    • Learn from valid complaints to prevent recurrence.

    Education   

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Additional call centre training and FAIS accreditation are advantageous

    Experience

    • A minimum of 1 year telemarketing experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
