A dynamic and fast-growing Telecommunications and Technology Solutions group is seeking a driven Telesales Consultant to support its cybersecurity offering.
This role focuses on selling firewall, endpoint protection, and related security solutions to both new and existing clients, working closely with technical and external sales teams to qualify opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys high-volume outreach, consultative selling, and working with well-known security brands in a structured telesales environment.
DUTIES
Proactively contact existing and prospective clients to promote firewall and endpoint security solutions.
Qualify leads and identify client needs related to cybersecurity and network protection.
Introduce and sell Sophos firewall and security products (or similar).
Generate and nurture sales opportunities for the external sales team.
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and follow-ups.
Meet and exceed agreed telesales targets and KPIs.
Keep up to date with product offerings and cybersecurity trends.
REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years’ experience in telesales or inside sales.
Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, connectivity, or telecoms solutions.
Experience selling firewalls, endpoint protection, or Sophos products is highly advantageous.
Confident phone manner with strong objection-handling skills.
Hunter mentality with the ability to manage both new and existing client outreach.
