    Time and Attendance Clerk / Payroll Clerck - Mogalakwena Mine

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric certificate/ equivalent
    • Relevant Certificate/ Diploma in HR
    • Relevant administrative experience in relation to systems, computers, time and attendance
    • Must have systems, time and attendance Operation experience in the mining environment
    • Computer Literacy
    • Driver’s License

    EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • Must be able to organise and administer
    • Good communication skills in English, and at least one of the other official languages
    • Knowledge of Time and Attendance procedures
    • Problem Identification and resolution

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review time sheets, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
    • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
    • Compile employee time and production from time sheets and other records.
    • Issue and record adjustments to pay that is related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
    • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system
    • Load personal information to the system i.e., new engagements, leave, overtime, AWOP.
    • Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans, medical aid, etc.
    • Verification of all information captured to be correct.
    • Ensure that necessary payroll documents arrive at Head Office on time.
    • Issue employee payslips
