• Job Details: Eco Time has an exciting opportunity for a Time and Attendance Software Consultant to be based in Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements

•         Min of 3 – 5 year’s Software Support and Client Service experience.
•         Grade 12 with 60% in Mathematics
•         3 Year IT related diploma or degree
•         Own reliable vehicle

•         Self-starter with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

•         Telephonic and Remote Software and hardware support
•         Remote and online software implementation and project implementation of small to large customers.
•         Client software training and assistance
•         Configuration and maintenance of complex customer requirements
•         Collaborate and work with other team members to ensure the best solution is implemented for the customer.
•         Accurate customer requirement analysis to deliver the best solutions to customers at all times
•         Maintain customer systems, relationships and deliver excellent remote or onsite customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
