You will lead the Injection Moulding Department, ensuring smooth planning, implementation, and operation.
This role includes supporting the project team with the design and manufacture of injection moulds, assembly automation, and jigs and fixtures.
You will manage all aspects of local tooling, from project inception to end of life, including performing audits on the facility, moulds, jigs, and equipment.
Essential that you are a certified Toolmaker with 7+ years of experience in plastics injection moulding machines and processes.
Proficiency in programs such as SolidWorks, Edgecam, or Mastercam is essential.
The role requires in-depth knowledge of plastic injection tooling, CNC programming, CAD drawing, and mould repair and maintenance.
Experience in hot runner systems, process improvement, budget control, and managing teams is key, along with a strong understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
