What will you do?

• Preparation of investment forms & instructions
• Load EMX trades for approval
• Capturing of transfer instructions on ABSA Global and CMS applications for approval
• Monitoring & clearing transactions on bank recons
• Forward instructions to CST & ensure the execution thereof
• Verify and update executed trades into spiPod application
• Monitoring of updated trades against trade confirmations received
• Investigate & Clear import exceptions
• Monitor daily reports
• Updating of transactions into the Portia application
• Update applicable departmental spreadsheets
• Reconciliations
• Assist with month end duties (fees / invoices etc)
• Assist with enquiries from branches
• Assist with projects as required
   

Qualification And Experience

• Tertiary qualification (with Finance/ Accounts) will be advantageous
• Matric
• Experience within financial services industry is essential
   

Knowledge And Skills

• Financial Service / Stockbroking experience beneficial
• Basic understanding of the Private Client business and the stock-broking environment
