    Trading and Marketing Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily stock reconciliations
    • Assist in the drafting of offers and commercial agreements
    • Co-ordinate review and verify shipping documentation required for export shipments
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on orders
    • Manage and Co-ordinate the process between the Port, Logistics and Marketing ensuring seamless process for domestic and export sales

    Minimum requirements:

    • BCom degree or Diploma in Business Management, Logistics, or Marketing
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Experience in the mining or commodity trading sector is an advantage
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP software such as SAP
    • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadline
