We’re looking for a tough, no-nonsense Traffic Manager to whip our workflow into shape. This is not a project administrator role — it’s a leadership function for someone who lives for structure, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in keeping the machine running.
You’ll be the glue between design, marketing, and production — ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are realistic (but tight), and that every single person is pulling their weight. You’ll follow up, follow through, and follow hard when people drop the ball.
If you’re proactive, outspoken, and allergic to “it fell through the cracks”, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the flow of work in and out of the studio and marketing departments — nothing gets lost, delayed, or duplicated
Own the schedule: create timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that every team member knows exactly what’s expected and when
Monitor all project timelines and flag delays early — no silent stalling, no last-minute surprises
Follow up with stakeholders when work is blocked or unclear — and chase down what’s needed to move forward
Work closely with team leads to balance priorities, triage requests, and shift deadlines when absolutely necessary (not just when it’s convenient)
Keep briefing processes sharp and hold teams accountable to project clarity and delivery
Maintain visibility over all incoming and outgoing work — from campaign rollouts to packaging deadlines
Be the calm in the chaos — and also the firm hand when the chaos needs to be called out. Gandalf, no one shall pass you to approach a team member directly!
Report regularly to senior managers on studio output, bottlenecks, team capacity and wins
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a traffic or project management role (agency, studio or marketing environment)
A proactive, firm, and no-excuses attitude — you’re not afraid to chase, escalate, or call things out
Exceptional organisational skills — you see the gaps, plug them, and keep things running smoothly
Experience managing timelines for multiple departments or functions (bonus if you’ve handled both creative and marketing teams)
Ability to read the room — know when someone’s stalling, over-promising, or just needs a push
Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and confident (no passive follow-ups here)
Experience with traffic/project management tools like Trello, Monday.com, Asana, or similar
A cool head under pressure and the stamina to keep up in a fast-paced environment
