Ready to make a change? We’re looking for candidates with:
A minimum of 1 or more years of supervisory experience is a must
Must have Collections agent knowledge/experience
Previous admin/supervisory knowledge in Collections is advantageous
Must have a previous track record of managing a team
Must be computer literate – Microsoft Excel, Word and Email
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication/customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure
Analytical
