We are looking for tech savvy, retail inclined individuals with great communication skills to join our team.
Our iStore Sales Consultant is responsible to maximise the sales opportunity in the iStore.
You will be responsible for Driving training activities and initiatives to increase knowledge, improve sales skills and build behaviours of sales staff that lead to better customer experiences and conversion rates. Ensure all employees are comfortable with all iStore products and services and become Mac switcher competent. Facilitate customer training sessions to equip and delight customers with knowledge to get the most from their Apple devices.
You will need to have:
Matric and / or a tertiary qualification will be given preference
Min 2 years iStore sales experience with proven sales record in-store
Enthusiastic to learn more Apple products and share your knowledge
Ensure that all staff are always up-skilled to deliver a great customer experience
