    Training Coordinator

    Purpose of Job

    • Responsible to assist the Learning teams with multi-functional administration duties.
    • Record and capture learning activities on the learning management systems. Course catalogue scheduling and registrations. Management and maintenance of Learning Management Systems, employee document control, record keeping and archiving. Stakeholder / customer facing engagement and support. External training service provider coordination, support and general administrative duties in the L&D team.
    • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills is needed, as well as a good understanding of Learning and Development design principles.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Execute on course scheduling and maintenance activities and ensure accuracy of bookings and schedules.
    • Coordinate training attendance and maintain dual Learning Management Systems linked to this process.
    • Execute on and ensure the accuracy of information on Learning Management System, as well as participant attendance registers.
    • Support the team with effective management of facilities and equipment management with cost saving as primary objective. This includes the loading of orders and notifications.
    • Execute and implement activities of record keeping, archiving and reporting required to properly document the activities conducted.
    • Implement actions required for a quality filing system, both manual and electronic, according to legislative, statutory and Sasol requirements. This includes issuing / verification of certificates.
    • Quality assure Learning Management System inputs to ensure compliance with minimum Learning and Development standards.
    • Prepare standard Learning and Development reports and support systems utilised for statistics.
    • Conduct and execute all activities according to legislative requirements and Sasol Learning and Development procedural requirements.

    Formal Education

    • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with English
    • Any Training Administration courses will be to your advantage

    Working Experience

    • 3+ relevant years
