What you will love doing in this role

• Conduct learning needs analysis
• Develop a training plan based on the needs identified
• Develop and update training modules and training manuals
• Complete training assessments
• Ensure administration and reporting is updated

Requirements

What you'll need to do this role

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Call centre experience essential
• Previous training/coaching experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Computer literate with Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of outbound and inbound call centre technology and processes
• Technical knowledge of operations area processes
• Learning facilitation skills
• Planning and organising skills
• Experience working in a complex, changing, fast-paced environment
• Clear credit and criminal record
