    Transfer Agency - Trade Processing (Various roles)

    Duties will include:

    • Processing of Financial & Non-Financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirement
    • Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedures
    • Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail exists for subsequent retrieval
    • Ability to support, guide & train other team members
    • Should have the ability to understand & handle complex queries
    • Strong domain knowledge is essential & understanding of TA businesses
    • Well versed with preparation and review of SOPs/Process flow charts
    • Able to identify & implement various process control
    • Should have a good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks by utilizing effective time management skills.
    • Duties are not exhausted.

    • Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is required
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce is desires
    • 2-8 years of relevant experience
    • Ability to work under pressure and should be able to handle multiple projects
    • A good understanding of effective risk management & it’s execution
    • Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills
    • Excellent planning and organization skills
    • The candidate should be able to understand the intricacies of TA business & it’s impact on other related functions

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is required
