Develop and execute the sales strategy and implement tactical plans.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering or any business related qualification will be an advantage
Minimum of 8 years’ transmission network solutions and products sales, such as DWDM, OTN, POTN, etc.
Ability to understand customer needs and build a shared vision on their technology innovation journey
Confidence in leading and developing successful sales and technical experts teams
Deep understanding of Telco customers planning, operation, type approve or RFX procedure
Comprehension of a broad range of Transmission Network Solution such as super backbone (coherent 100G, beyond 100G; super C, C+L; ASON, SDN, etc.), OTN to CO, DCI, etc.
Preference in good knowledge of OTN premium private line commercial development such as business plan, marketing insight, network plan, marketing/brand/promotion.
Strong consulting skills with excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
