Transport Excellence Manager at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with in-country commercial and logistics teams to develop the route to consumer processes for domestic market development, and analyse, evaluate and optimise different routes in terms of lowest cost and best service
• Partner with group and in-country logistics, and in-country sales teams to align the outbound logistics service offering and transport in-line with sales and customer requirements
• Oversee transportation budgets, and guide effective cost management

Applicants must have a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent coupled with at least 10 years’ Logistics, Warehouse, Distribution and Transport management experience within a FMCG or bulk product environment. Applicants must also understand the Africa market hence should have worked in or had direct exposure to Africa operations.
