UAT Test Lead at Expleo Group

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple phases of technical areas within a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope and sometimes complex assignments.
• Responsible for managing own and team's time within a certain area and conditions.
• Deal with high-level staff across the firm, from ground up to C-level as users of the application
• Defining UAT approach and preparation activities
• UAT execution, defect management & reporting
• Co-ordination and coaching of UAT sessions & participants
• Management of team(s) to lead and support UAT
• Co-ordinates the information gathering and reporting process, conducting research to define problems and preparing responses to anticipated questions.
• Creates traceability records, from test cases back to requirements, reports on system quality and collects metrics on test cases.
• Produces test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
• Provides detailed advice to the team regarding the application of technologies.
• Supports test management in developing project plans and tracking against key milestone dates.
• Develops a network to support and add value to client engagements including company, clients and external professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Advanced
• Additional course or certification in Quality Engineering
• Certification in NFT Tools such HP QTP, Selenium, HP LR etc.

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Remote work capable and on-site in-the-office delivery when/if determined by company

Experience

• Global, regional or country-specific UAT experience
• Experience / Knowledge of Document Management software is advantageous
