Underwriting and Claims Strategy & Insight Consultant Role at Swiss Re

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives and strategy development across Global UW & Claims e.g., Metabolic Health, Cancer and Mental Health strategies and projects, learning and development initiatives and advance new tools and processes
• Manage Thought Leadership publication process and delivery of pipeline, KPIs and competitor analysis e.g., manage administration of process, thought leadership hub, competitor tracking etc.
• Strategic review, planning and delivery Life Guide Marketing and communications to maintain market leading position
• Support for behavioural science initiatives, e.g., user experience reviews and enhancements, research and publications

Essential

• Experience building and delivering strategies
• A degree in business, science or psychology related disciplines
• A fluent/native English speaker with advanced communication and power point skills
• Strong project and stakeholder management experience
• Strategic thinker, able to navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Digitally savvy, creative communicator with an eye for detail

Nice to have

• Consulting experience
• Social psychology or behavioural science knowledge/interest
• Design thinking/ Marketing/ Research experience
• Insurance knowledge
