    Unified Communications Solutions Consultant

    Position profile:

    Sell, market and design solutions within the unified communications environment for new potential customers 


    Responsibilities:

    • Sell and market the company’s services and products within the unified communications environment
    • Advise and direct client’s business requirements with technological understanding
    • Prepare and deliver products and solutions to clients
    • Manage accurate forecast commitments and pipeline
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Grow current customer base and increase revenue both once-off and recurring

    Experience requirements:

    • 3+ years sales experience in telecoms hardware/software (PABX) and VOIP solutions
    • A good understanding of telecoms industry standards and terminologies
    • Identify and validate new opportunities with existing clients
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients

    Qualifications:

    • Senior certificate
    • Relevant IT qualification

    Other requirements:

    • Driver’s licence and own transport essential
    • Must be willing to work after hours at time
    • Must be willing to travel
