Unit Manager: Administration

The position as Unit Manager: Administration (Back-Office) at GWK Trading Finance in Douglas, Northern-Cape is vacant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial and administrative management and reporting of the designated business area. Furthermore, ensures the compilation and update of relevant processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the aftermarket strategic business plan for the business with the focus on aftermarket growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Asset and Inventory Management of the Division.
• Ensure monthly reports are done and submitted on time;
• Ensure compliance to systems, processes and controls;
• Manage Finance function with financial institutes for the Division
• Compile and deliver identified reports accurately and timeously;
• Complete monthly reconciliations to ensure the completeness and correctness of transactions;
• Perform ad hoc administration;
• Employee management;

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting will be an advantage
• Experience in a similar role: 2-4
• Experience in the agricultural industry: 0-2 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license
