User Experience Motion Designer at Ozow

As a UX Motion Designer you are a talented and driven designer who partners with other designers and Technology to make beautiful, ground-breaking work that solves user problems. You are ready to be hands-on at every stage of a project, from brainstorming design concepts and developing original ideas, to participating in client presentations and ensuring deadlines are met, all the way to launch. Ozow is a seriously collaborative work environment, so you will need to work closely with other disciplines on a daily basis, all while maintaining high standards for original concepts and detailed execution. 

Requirements 

• A qualification  in a relevant field. 
• 3-5 years of visual and motion design experience, preferably in a fintech/ technology hyper scaling environment. 
• Strong conceptual thinking across web, mobile and social platforms. We want people who can start a project off with an interesting point of view and come up with surprising, innovative concepts. 
• Strong visual design portfolio with an emphasis on user-interface design.  
• Collaborative — the ability to work alongside other disciplines, including UX, Marketing, Technology and Commercial and the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly. 
• Proficiency in user-experience design principles and best practices. 
• A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, user interfaces, and navigation. You know a digital experience needs more than just beautiful visuals. 
• Use your knowledge and training to find inspiration in the digital space and identify opportunities in design and UX that can help push the boundaries for our clients 
• Strong motion design skills and familiarity concepting and executing campaigns. 
• Experience with motion design. 
• Experience designing in Figma is a huge plus.
