Experience in asset management
Knowledge of SAP Systems and Microsoft excel
Valid Driver’s license
Key Performance Areas
Co-ordinates and controls the selection's/depot's specialized and administrative functionality in adherence to policy, procedures, applications, systems and controls.
Facilitate and support the recording, updating, circulation and maintenance of information to and from the branch with regards to various specialized and administrative activities.
Coordinate the implementation of procedures, controls and activities associated with Acquisitions, Transfers, Loss Control, Insurance, Theft/Losses, Written-offs and Asset Management Functionally
Ensuring proper controls are implemented maintained by monitoring such and implementing various checks and balances.
Monitor the capital expenditure for the branch by extracting monthly reports and analysing expenditure.
Ensure proper asset management by coordinating stock taking audits in terms of legislations and policies.
Monitoring the processing and consolidation of information/complaints recorded on the system and extracting specific reports to facilitate analysis and followup on outstanding matters with the various sections/depots.
Perform accounting activities as per established accounting standards and procedures.
Interacting with administration officers located in the regions with a view to consolidating, referring and responding to specific problems or clarifying procedural interpretation and understanding.
Organize and maintain fixed asset documentations for references.
