UX Strategist

We are looking for a user-experience strategist responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes, taking a consumer-centric approach to helping an organisation make strategy decisions, and act as a change agent within an organisation. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. (minimum 4 years’ experience required.)

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

• To lead the delivery of user experience and customer experience design components of solutions analysis and design, on engagements.
• Ensuring that solutions are customer centric based on a clear understanding of user requirements, and synergising these with business and technology requirements, forming holistic value additive solutions.
• To execute design work to the highest quality of usability and experience, as well as to lead and support junior resources and project teams in the planning and execution of customer centric design practices.

This position also includes skills and experience in the following:

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.  Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.  Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.  
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.  Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.  
• Take smart risks and champion new ideas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work as a user experience researcher, designer and evaluator, with a track record of personal deliverables
• 1 to 3 Years Mandatory Work across a broad set of business industries and technology landscapes, as a UX researcher, designer and evaluator, with personal deliverables
• 1 to 3 Years Desirable Structural design experience, engineering the UX solution architecture, across varied devices and technologies.
• Must have experience in development and quality assurance of standards and design patterns, within and across applications / design landscapes.
• 1 to 3 Years Desirable Delivery and quality leadership role in several significant design re-engineering projects, through to detailed design implementation, across multi-disciplinary design and implementation teams. 1 to 3 Years Desirable Technology experience with design and prototyping tools (Axure, Sketch, UXpin, Balsamiqu etc.)
• 1 to 3 Years (Expert) Mandatory

UX Lead

We're looking for great UX Leads to join our team! Manage, develop and implement UX strategies, and review and pull insights from analytics and data. Work to manage and uplift your UX team and our clients in implementing change that anticipates and addresses customer challenges. Manage and maintain our high quality output expectations, relationship management with client and teams, manage the design process and protocols according to the PMO objectives and framework.

•  Minimum 3+ years’ working experience
•  Work within cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
•  Lead design teams and motivate stakeholders and unit heads
•  Stand strong and behind your team, recommendations as well as the customer data
•  Report into the senior and leadership team
•  Self-manage and work independently both onsite and remotely
