Viewing Assistant at Africrest Properties

This is a paid internship role.

Principle Duties and Responsibilites

• Viewing assistants give tours of our residential estates to potential new rental tenants who are considering signing a lease with us. These tours need to be exceptional and so much more than an ordinary tour just showing where things are located.
• Viewing assistants may be responsible to answer phone calls and do follow up calls.
• Viewing assistants do not get involved with rental applications and signing of leases.

• Excellent verbal skills - English plus additional languages
• Must be interested in sales and improving sales skills
• Available to work on weekends
