About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to manage luxury travel enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. This consultative sales role focuses on building trusted client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record with measurable results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, property rentals, premium retail, or a similar high-end sales environment is advantageous.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries and recommend suitable luxury accommodation options.
• Guide clients through the full sales process from enquiry to booking.
• Follow up on leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding availability and bookings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Conduct outbound sales activities within the client database.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure a seamless client experience from enquiry through to arrival.
