    Virtual Assistant Curator

    Role Summary:
    Effective operational client relationship management

    • Work closely with key Client contacts and Stellar’s operations team to ensure a strong and cohesive relationship between all parties.
    • Interpret client business requirements and communicate to key operational roles within Stellar.
    • Manage the Virtual Assistant as per the signed agreement with the client.


    Assemble Information

    • Ensure Ella and her friends are helpful and informative. Confirm and authenticate recognitions with Subject Matter Experts.
    • Get feedback from the VA users.
    • Update recognitions when required.


    Create and Maintain documentation

    • Create and maintain questions and answers.
    • Create and maintain DTrees.
    • Create and maintain a navigation structure.
    • Code NLP to ensure there is no clashes.
    • Own and maintain the VA taxonomy.
    • Use reporting to ensure the correct answers are given to all relevant questions.
    • Conduct content reviews to ensure all content conforms to the style guide.
    • Confirm client approval as required.


    Evaluate Documentation

    • Run Safety Net Analysis, False Positive Analysis and In Conversation Survey Analysis as per the schedule.
    • Conduct editor reviews in conjunction with Manager.
    • Liaise with clients to ensure recognitions are added as necessary.


    Salary: R15,000 Salary per month + profit share
