• A Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for creating and defining the overarching visual strategy, manage budgets and ensure brand consistency across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Visual Merchandising Strategies: Create and execute visual merchandising plans that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy and sales objectives.
• Designing In-Store Displays: Design and implement visually appealing in-store displays, window displays, and other visual presentations to showcase products and promote sales.
• Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance on best practices and creative direction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and store operations, to ensure cohesive visual representation and brand consistency.
• Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to assess visual presentation, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Budget Management: Manage visual merchandising budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact.
• Monthly compshops to be conducted.
• Plan new store openings.
• Plan renovations of stores.
