    CSOS and Sectional Title Administrator

    • An experienced CSOS & Sectional Title Administrator with proven Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) and Sectional Title administration experience is required in Table View (Cape Town)
    • Applicants without Sectional Title and CSOS administration experience will not be considered.
    • This role requires a highly organised administrator with experience supporting Sectional Title portfolios, managing CSOS compliance and submissions, levy administration, accounts and general property management administration. 

    Minimum Requirements

    • 3–5 years' Property Administration experience within the Property Management industry.
    • Essential: Proven Sectional Title administration experience.
    • Essential: Hands-on Community Schemes Ombud Service and Sectional Title administration experience, including annual returns, submissions, dispute registrations and compliance.
    • Accounts and levy administration experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
    • Experience on Stilus and/or WCU systems
    • Honest, reliable, organised and detail-oriented
    • Resides in Table View.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administration support to a portfolio of Sectional Title schemes.
    • Manage all CSOS submissions, returns, dispute registrations and compliance.
    • Handle levy queries and quarterly arrear reports.
    • Process Stilus claims and upload EFTs and requisitions via WCU.
    • Update payment schedules and assist with supplier and owner queries.
    • Prepare audit packs and liaise with auditors.
    • Coordinate insurance renewals and trustee correspondence.

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a Technical Support and Installation Technician based in Paarl to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, perform broadband installations and ensure all technical systems run smoothly and efficiently.

    Trainee Boiler Training Officer

    • Reporting to the BDTC Manager, the primary purpose of these positions will be to prepare and provide  training materials and courses on the operation, maintenance and management of shell boilers and boiler  ancillaries. The successful candidates must be prepared to travel locally and across borders for extended  periods of time.

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Grade 12  
    • Must have a valid driver licence.  
    • Boiler Attendance Certificate   
    • N2 or N3 in Mechanical Engineering will be advantageous.   

    EXPERIENCE  

    • 5 years’ experience as a Boiler Operator   
    • 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/ Supervisor  
    • Fluent in English and a third national language will be advantageous.

    • Market and sell training courses.

    • Compile and evaluation trainee’s assessments  
    • Submitting assessment reports   
    • Submission and follow up on quotations.
