The purpose of this job is to implement Brights Hardware Stores visual merchandising business plans, providing unique customer experience in stores by managing Seasonal Look and Promotional Manual processes and Operations Communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for Brights Hardware Stores’ product range, including Plumbing, Electrical, Tools, Paint, Building, Irrigation and other sub departments.
Design and maintain attractive product displays and promotions to boost sales.
Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure effective product placement and visual standards.
Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to inform visual merchandising decisions.
Manage seasonal and promotional visual merchandising campaigns.
Maintain Brights Hardware Store’s brand consistency across all stores.
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric or equivalent
Qualification in Visual Communication Design, Marketing, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Graphic Design will be advantageous
K8 System Knowledge
Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA
Valid driver's license (own vehicle will be advantageous)
Business Acumen
Knowledge of visual merchandising best practices in retail, particularly hardware and home improvement
