    Warehouse Manager – Food Manufacturing & Distribution

    Job Description

    • My client is looking for a Seasoned Warehouse Manager to take full responsibility for the company’s warehouse. You will be responsible for Receiving and Despatch and ensure systems are maintained and accurately followed. Stock control is a key aspect of the position – both daily stock-takes and monthly stock-takes take place. Logistics and route-planning are a part of the position. There are about 8 subordinates reporting in to the position and the warehouse operates on a FIFO basis which is critical. Must reside on the West Rand or Northern suburbs of Johannesburg.

    Qualifications

    • Preferably a tertiary qualification in Warehousing/ Logistics or similar.

    Skills

    • Computer-literate and ideally will have worked with Sage Evolution.
