Your role

• Manage key wholesale accounts
• Develop joint business plans
• Grow sales, profitability and market share
• Drive promotional and trade marketing activities
• Coach wholesalers to improve commercial performance
• Expand wholesale customer networks
• Manage pricing and contract negotiations
• Improve pipeline visibility and forecasting
• Deliver against ambitious sales targets

Ideal background

• 5–10 years' wholesale, FMCG, consumer goods or industrial sales experience
• Experience managing wholesalers or large channel partners
• Proven sales growth achievements
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Experience working within CRM systems
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
