We’re looking for a Workflow Automation & Platforms Specialist to serve as both a Salesforce and Jira specialist and subject matter expert (SME) - someone who can own, configure, and evolve these platforms to help us scale smarter.
This role supports the entire client lifecycle - from marketing and presales through to sales, implementation, and service delivery. You’ll work across teams to simplify workflows, automate manual processes, and implement intelligent solutions that increase efficiency and enable growth.

WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO:
Salesforce & Atlassian Administration and SME Ownership
- Administer, maintain, and optimise Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud) and Jira
- Serve as the internal go-to expert, responsible for platform architecture, automation, and best practices
- Build advanced Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and custom configurations
- Design intelligent case routing, task automation, and scalable team workflows
- Configure Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules to align with business needs
Automation & AI Enablement
- Identify repetitive or manual processes across departments and automate them using Salesforce Flow, Atlassian Automation, or tools like n8n
- Collaborate on the design and integration of AI agents, decision-support tools, and internal chat-based assistants
- Lead internal experiments to validate AI-driven workflows and ensure they create measurable improvements
- Monitor system performance and recommend automation opportunities that align with business goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Service, Product and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide user onboarding, training, and enablement across all supported platforms
- Maintain clear documentation for system architecture, automation logic, and usage guidelines
Data Integrity & Governance
- Manage user access, data cleanliness, and integration across systems
- Define and enforce best practices for scalable, efficient platform use
- Partner with key stakeholders to continuously evolve systems in line with operational priorities
- Distribute recurring reports and ensure relevant teams have reports suited to their KPIs.
- Have the ability to do direct configuration on internal tools, including Salesforce, Jira and Confluence.
- Training for internal teams on existing and new processes.
- Keep up to date with new features and functionality of tools.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce and Atlassian specialist/SME in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Deep experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Proven ability to design Flows, build Apex triggers and classes, and manage automation pipelines
- Working knowledge of Jira Work Management or Atlassian Software, including workflow and rule configuration
- A strong AI-first mindset, with an interest in deploying intelligent tools, automation, and low-code/no-code solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work independently
