We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Workforce Management Leader, Field Service who is a strong collaborator and people leader. The person has a proven track record of working effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization and has solid people management skills. The Leaders main responsibility is to drive growth and profitability targets through proactive workforce management. The position is permanent and location is negotiable.
Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
Develops and drives fact-based solutions for long-term Field Service workforce planning both in Market Areas and Global Field Services
Co-operates continuously with Market Areas Field Services and Global Field Services and assure both have appropriate resources in right locations reflecting the company strategy and growth plans
Supports Market Areas in attracting, growing and managing talent
Supports Market Areas in career path planning
Develops solutions for managing retention
Identifies globally Field Service workforce strategic skills as well as tailors and implements re- and upskilling plans accordingly
Assures training and certifications are in place in close co-operation with Metso Outotec Training Academy
Drives and co-develops Field Service Lead Incentive program in selected Market Areas
Leads relevant change management initiatives independently for Field Services
Expertise and strengths
Strong understanding of workforce planning and development in field services or similar business.
Multiple years of related experience in people management, workforce planning, skills development and career planning.
Experience in leading indirectly multicultural teams and projects in a matrix organization.
Degree in business or related discipline preferred.
Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of customer needs & operations.
Strong influencer and continuous improvement mindset.
