Senwes Equipment is appointing a Workshop Foreman to lead operational excellence in our workshop.
As a subsidiary of Senwes, we deliver reliable agri-mechanisation solutions that support South African agriculture. This role is responsible for managing daily workshop activities, ensuring quality service delivery, and providing technical leadership.
The successful candidate will coordinate workshop operations, mentor technicians, manage productivity and administration, and maintain strong client relationships while working with leading agricultural machinery brands such as John Deere.
Job Requirements
If you hold a recognised Agricultural, Diesel, or Motor Mechanic trade certificate, have at least 2 years’ agri-mechanical experience, proven leadership ability, and the confidence to manage customer relationships while working with leading brand, this is your opportunity to take the next step.
