Mango5 is looking for individuals with strong writing capabilities to join our English CV Writing team. As a member of our team, you will assist a diverse range of clients by crafting top-quality and professional career documents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a weekly project load of at least 11 orders, crafting top-quality resumes/CVs and other career documents for clients from various industries and regions to increase likelihood of securing interviews.
• Craft professional career documents utilising strategies taught by the company, while working under your Editor, Auditor, and alongside other CV Writers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through a revision process.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
• Opportunity to consult with clients over the phone to explain the writing process and implement revisions.

Requirements:

• Each successful candidate will need to partake in mandatory training.
• Attention to detail and robust writing/editing skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word skills.
• Strong written communication skills, including accuracy with grammar and spelling, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
• Aptitude for performing under pressure, meeting deadlines and KPIs.
• Reliable internet connectivity (Fibre/ADSL) (preferable).
• PC with minimum of an i3 with 4gb RAM (preferable).
• Writers can be accommodated in office if they do not have reliable internet connectivity or the recommended PC.

Qualifications:

• A tertiary qualification is preferable, but candidates who demonstrate a capacity to compose professional/formal documents will not be excluded from selection.
• 1+ years’ relevant writing work experience is advantageous.

Hours/Commitment:

• Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. Mango5 adopts a hybrid work-from-home and in-office work model depending on where you are located.
• Mango5 could assist staff with the necessary equipment when working from our office.
• KPIs will be discussed in detail during interview stages.

Remuneration:

• Monthly basic: R10 000

Additional commission and incentive earnings.
