    YC: Facilities Management Administrator

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Requesting quotations from different supplier
    • Attending to jobs loaded on the RE job card portal.
    • Filing reports and all RE documents on share point
    • Attending to all water dispenser queries
    • Escorting suppliers throughout our premises
    • Ensuring all suppliers onsite adhere to OHS. 
    • Attending to any ad-hoc request from business

    Minimum qualifications and experience

    • Knowledge of office layout and cad drawing will be an added advantage.
    • Diploma in any engineering field or Business Administration
