About the Job

Position Purpose:

• Implement an administrative system for all unsolicited donation and sponsorship requests submitted to the Company.

Position outputs:

• Comply with the CSI Policy and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Sponsorships and Donations in the Company.
• Receive all unsolicited sponsorships and donations requests by email, post, courier or hand delivered from all internal
• Transnet Divisions or external applicants.
• Electronic (email) acknowledgement of applications.
• Subject each application to the minimum requirements for accepting an application and process according to the SOP.
• Prepare applications and meeting agenda for presentation to the Sponsorships and Donations Forum in line with the SOP.
• Schedule Sponsorships and Donations Forum meetings in line with the SOP.
• Keep and maintain electronic records of all Sponsorships and Donations meetings.
• Respond in writing by providing the outcome of the Sponsorships and Donations Forum meetings to each applicant, namely
• approved or declined application, and keep and maintain an accurate record of all responses.
• Maintain and report on the Sponsorships and Donations register.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
