    Job Summary

    • To conduct and ensure quality credit management principles within a credit officials mandate level, based on the Absa Bank Credit Risk
    • Model. To manage customers' accounts by ensuring the normalisation and rehabilitation of account management accounts during the early
    • stage delinquency cycle. This the end-to-end process requires collaboration with various Strategic Business Units (SBUs). The role has a
    • strong Credit and Risk Management focus specialising in the account management process.
    • Experience Required:

    Job Summary

    The Reporting and Cost Management team, a sub-team within Group FP&A, is responsible for:

    • Work with CIO’s and business product owners to define the product strategy for the ITSM/ITOM Platform. This includes but is not limited to optimisation and configuration of existing capabilities but also the identification, design and configuration of entirely new capabilities
    • Leverage a deep understanding of the organisations internal environment & external environment (e.g. regulatory), & identify opportunities to leverage the ITSM /ITOM platform to its full potential and achieve associated business (efficiency & effectiveness) benefits e.g. shift from reactive to proactive operations management, shift from manual activity to automated delivery etc.

    • Effectively manage the DevOps / Config / Optimisation & Maintenance pipeline & associated releases for maximum customer impact & minimum business risk

    • The 5 Gateways within the Control Environment Satisfactory (CE Sat) for Africa Controls and Processes details the process and procedures for the delivery of corporate projects in order to ensure effective governance, compliance and delivery. Ensure all mandatory documents at each gateway are up to date to achieve compliance 
    • Improve current Electronic Filing System to comply with ISO standards
    • Create tick sheet with a standard list of folders and list non-negotiable documents per folder
    • Clear out hard copy documentation where final accounts have been submitte
    •  List, Box and Archive on site in Storeroom 2 or off site with Stuttafords
    • Clean up existing current Projects documentation – Re-file, fold drawings, create drawing register/trackers where necessary and tidy up. Ongoing and maintain

    Design Records

    • Ensure Drawing Files are up to date for all projects.
    • Ensure as built drawings are up to date after every project closure
    • Ensure Revisions Numbers Are Correct
    • Create drawing register for ORD project, liaise with client regularly with regards to outstanding drawings, duplicated drawings & numbering convention
    • Assisting with tenders (Drawings and Costing)
    • Follow up with Quantity Surveyors on progress made with regards to measuring of distributed drawings and give feedback
    • Create Bill of Material
    • Make up files according to WBS Structure Codes
    • Scan documents when needed

    Minimum requirements

    • NQF level 6 / 7 in Project Management
    • A Post-graduate qualification in a related field would be advantageous
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office,  Microsoft Excel. 
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
