    Travel Concierge

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Quoting, managing and making tour operating bookings including flights, transfers, restaurant reservations, as well as accommodation bookings.
    • Help clients and agents identify the ideal travel itinerary based on their plans and requirements.
    • Regularly maintain a good relationship with our clients and agents.
    • Provide all relevant and essential information to the clients regarding their travel.
    • Sell the appropriate tour package to the right client.
    • Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
    • Ensure all quotations are followed up on a regular basis in order to ensure maximum revenue.
    • Creating and managing all travel logistics and file handling, including financial aspects.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • Destination knowledge, including accommodation, transfers and flights.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service orientation.
    • High level of computer literacy.
    • The ability to work effectively in a pressurized environment.
    • The ability to work well within a team environment and without supervision.
    • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
    • Exceptional telephone etiquette and mannerisms required.

    Sales Assistant

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
    • Utilize knowledge of products and services to offer the best possible recommendations.
    • Actively monitor and analyse sales performance against targets.
    • Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Stay informed about the diverse range of products offered.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and customer requirements.
    • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities.
    • Engage with potential customers to expand the customer base.
    • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
    • Assist in maintaining inventory levels to ensure the store is well-stocked.
    • Ensure the store is organized and ready to provide a positive shopping experience at all times.
    • Greet customers warmly, assist with their needs, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • Proven experience in retail or other customer-focused environment.
    • Knowledge of retail management best practices.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organising and leadership skills.
    • Commercial awareness.
    • Experience with Silverware POS or similar is advantageous.
    • Banking skills
    • Effective time management.
