    Job Purpose

    • To efficiently manage administrative duties related to invoicing, handling client queries, and drafting credit and security agreements. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing timely support for financial and contractual processes.

    Requirements:

    Minimum qualification (essential)

    • National Senior Certificate (Matric)

    Minimum qualification (desirable)

    • Diploma / Degree in administration

    Minimum experience (essential)

    • 3 Years in an administrative role

    Computer Package/ Software Experience

    • Ms Office
    • Previous experience with Syspro will be advantageous

    Agricultural Credit Advisor

    Job Purpose:

    • The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple divisions and subsidiaries to prepare comprehensive, quality credit applications for approval.
    • They will play a key role in managing the credit portfolio, proactively monitoring and addressing potential risks.
    • Additionally, the role involves meeting with clients alongside various teams to understand their financial needs, gather essential information, and ensure each credit application is tailored to the client’s situation.

    • B Degree in Agricultural Economics

    • 5 years’ experience in a similar role / environment

    • Conduct risk assessments of the credit portfolio
    • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a supportive experience in all interactions

    Driver & Storeman

    JOB SUMMARY AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The Driver & Storeman will be responsible for deliveries, as well as the physical handling of stock, inventory control and assisting with the application of proper storekeeping management methods.

    This function includes but is not limited to:

    • Receiving stock.
    • Packing of stock in a correct and safe manner.
    • Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times.
    • Assisting customers with loading orders.
    • Deliveries to customers.
    • Effective and expedient deliveries using the most efficient routes, ensuring proper time keeping and adhering to all road rules and regulations.
    • Loading and offloading stock.
    • Ensuring that stock being dispatched to customers is correct according to delivery notes.
    • Ensuring that delivery notes are signed correctly by customers and that copies thereof are returned and submitted to the administration department.
    • Collection of orders from local suppliers.
    • Effective and expedient collections using the most efficient routes, ensuring proper time keeping and adhering to all road rules and regulations.
    • General maintenance of the vehicle (i.e. fill fuel tank of vehicle, maintain the correct tyre pressure, keeping the vehicle clean and tidy, and washing the vehicle).
    • Indicating to the Office Coordinator when the vehicle is due for a service and/or repair.
    • Handling of all relevant paperwork and submitting same to the administration department (i.e. petrol slips, toll fees slips etc.).
    • Assisting with stock take.
    • Attending to any other related tasks on an ad hoc basis.

    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

    • Reports to: Office Coordinator, Cape Town and Inventory & Warehouse Controller.
    • Manages: None.

    SKILLS & REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

    • Organisational skills.
    • Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    REQUIRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid driver’s license (minimum EB).
    • Valid PDP permit, preferred.6.3 Must have own vehicle.
    • Valid forklift operator’s license (the company will assist in obtaining first license, employee then to ensure it is kept valid at all times).
    • Educational level: High school (Matric Certificate) and/or any other relevant qualification.
    • Store or warehouse experience.
    • Knowledge of storekeeping practices and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • AGA(SA) / SAIPA / CIMA membership

    Essential Skills & Programs:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage resource planning, deadlines, and new client onboarding
    • Gather and analyze key financial documents (bank statements, third-party documentation)
    • Perform monthly bookkeeping, management accounts, and payroll for clients
    • Prepare annual financial statements, primarily under IFRS for SMEs
    • Calculate VAT, PAYE, and meet SARS requirements on a monthly basis
    • Ensure compliance with CIPC, DoL, and SARS regulations
