    Quality Assurance Engineer

    • The Quality Engineer will undertake the responsibility for analyzing, planning, setting up, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and reporting on advanced automated testing processes across diverse platforms. This individual should possess advanced test automation skills and work closely and proactively with the Development and DevOps Teams to deliver superior quality software while continuously enhancing test effectiveness and efficiency.  

    What you’ll be doing 

    As part of your role, your responsibilities will include: 

    • Involvement in user story definition and test scenarios: Collaborate with the team to write clear, upfront test scenarios and resolve outstanding questions. 
    • Support with issue reproduction and resolution: Take ownership of reproducing and resolving software issues in collaboration with development teams. 
    • Collaboration with developers and DevOps: Collaborate with developers to ensure proper unit test coverage and validate automation readiness. 
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Actively engage with teams like Product or Business Analysis to ensure QA needs are represented. 
    • Agile/Scrum practices: Actively contribute to Agile practices by estimating tasks and aligning testing goals with sprint objectives. 
    • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate actively in retrospectives, providing ideas to enhance quality and process efficiency. 
    • Risk Management and Impact Assessment: Assess and prioritize risks during test planning, providing input on potential impact. 
    • Quality standards and defect prevention: Analyse defect trends and recommend process changes to mitigate recurring issues. 
    • Customer Advocacy: Represent the customer perspective during testing, identifying gaps in expected functionality. 
    • Automation creation and maintenance: Independently create and maintain automated test suites, ensuring efficient regression and feature coverage. 
    • Automation strategies and tools: Begin implementing automation strategies using appropriate tools to streamline testing processes. 
    • Tool and Framework Development: Configure and extend tools to better align with project requirements. 
    • Metrics and performance reporting: Provide management with insights from test automation execution and coverage metrics. 
    • Governance and QA principles: Begin contributing to discussions on process improvement and governance adjustments. 
    • Technical leadership and mentoring: Mentor Junior QA Engineers, providing guidance on best practices in testing and automation.

    Essential skills you’ll bring to the table 

    • A minimum of 3 - 5 years hands-on automation testing experience. 
    • Computer Science related degree, diploma, or similar qualification. 
    • Experience in working with agile teams and successfully delivering agile based software projects. 
    • Utilizing dev tools like Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code. 
    • Comfortable with source control tools, like GitLab. 
    • Ability to write integration and UI tests. 
    • Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, WDIO, Appium, Cucumber.io, LambdaTest, ElasticSearch, and Grafana.
    • Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, and JSON
    • Experience with API testing using Postman or Playwright
    • Skilled in designing, creating, and maintaining automation frameworks
    • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

    Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve 

    It would be great if you also have some of the following skills 

    • Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure DevOps & VSTS   
    • Experience with actively developing & managing Docker infrastructure   
    • Experience with managing & creating OWASP Zap testing scripts for security testing   
    • Exposure to Saucelabs or similar tools for mobile testing 
    • ISTQB Advanced Level Certifications

    Accounts Payable Coordinator

    • The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes. This includes processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills.  
    • As the Finance department, we deliver timeously to the senior management and shareholders of the organisation, to assist with their decision-making processes in driving the business forward, to stay ahead of the game.

    What you’ll be doing

    As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

    Payments Processing

    • Accurately and promptly process a wide range of payments, including but not limited to: Supplier and vendor payments, Tax authority remittances, Marketing and affiliate partner payments. Intercompany invoices and settlements, Group entity settlements via Digiprocessing banking infrastructure, Digital wallet funding and disbursements.
    • Monitor and maintain sufficient liquidity levels across bank accounts to ensure smooth payment execution.
    • Ensure full compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) internal control requirements for all payment processes.
    • Prepare and upload payment instructions across various banking platforms and payment portals.
    • Communicate and coordinate with external banking partners and internal payment service providers to resolve issues or queries.
    • Verify that all submitted payments have been correctly processed and reflected in relevant bank accounts.
    • Maintain organized and accessible records of payment confirmations and proof of payments for all transactions.
    • Support audit processes by promptly responding to all payment-related audit requests and ensuring the availability of supporting documentation.

    Treasury & Cashflow Support

    • Collaborate with the Finance Operations Manager to assist in short-term and long-term cashflow forecasting aligned with payment schedules.
    • Support the treasury team in obtaining bank statements and other documentation required for timely and accurate bank reconciliations.
    • Facilitate wallet withdrawal requests and ensure alignment with internal policies and available balances.

    Reporting & Month-End Activities

    • Compile the monthly Player Liability Report and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
    • Contribute to other monthly financial closing activities and reporting requirements as assigned.

    Administrative and Operational Support

    • Maintain a centralized and well-organized repository of all processed payments along with relevant supporting documentation.
    • Proactively follow up on unresolved or delayed payment issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Monitor shared finance mailboxes and internal ticketing systems to ensure all queries are addressed within agreed service levels (SLAs).
    • Provide general financial administrative support to the finance team and other stakeholders as required.
