    Maintenance and Engineering Planner (Northern Cape - Postmasburg)

    Description
    Key Responsibilities: 

    • To comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of policies, participating in training sessions and sourcing answers to any queries daily and as required.
    • To comply with processes by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of processes, implementing the correct process and addressing any areas of concern daily.
    • To propose improvements to processes by identifying an area for improvement, presenting to line manager and providing additional information as relevant.
    • To complete engineering and maintenance planning by defining plans in line with work management process and section/department priorities, reviewing to confirm optimal sweating of assets and cost effectiveness, tracking adherence to of plans and escalating non-compliance within deadlines.
    • To complete planning adherence schedules and reports per section/department by gathering data, reviewing in line with work plans and scheduling/reporting in defined templates by deadlines

    Ops Chargehand (Gauteng - JHB West Rand)

    Description

    • Assist mine personnel on on-the-job training (Technical support on DDS™ equipment & Charging-up).
    • Provide information regarding Health & Safety of Enaex equipment to mine and Enaex employees.
    • Assist mine personnel on on-the-job training (Technical support on DDS™ equipment & Charging-up).
    • Assist Service Technician in maintenance of DDS™ Equipment.
    • Density checks and records.
    • Day to day inspections and minor repairs on DDS™ equipment.
    • Oversee mine trained employee to do daily checklist. Mine employee to hand checklist to his mine supervisor.
    • First responder to breakdowns (All minor issues on shift).
    • Reporting on levels of DDS™ emulsions and delivery dates for emulsion.
    • Offloading of the DDS ™ delivery tanker & weighbridge notes sign.
    • Reporting on spares used and stock level to Service Technician.

    Product Support Lead (Gauteng - Sandton)

    Description

    • Facilitate opportunities to maximise the impact of MTi and Enaex products.
    • Unlock synergies in the region from knowledge sharing to identify low hanging fruit for early profitable business growth.
    • Provide Sales and Technical support for the MTi product line and assist in the development of region relevant marketing tools.

    • Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

    Senior Scientist (Mpumalanga - Secunda)

    Description

    • To develop and implement value-adding and practical scientific practices and solutions to solve unique challenges, manage quality, resolve customer issues and maintain the Enaex reputation.

    Departmental / operational planning and management

    • To contribute to the departmental operations plan in understanding the strategy, developing the plan including all projects and key performance measures and submitting plans for approval annually and as required.
    • To report on performance by tracking department performance against targets, identifying progress and areas of concern, drafting reports and submitting quarterly and as required

    Risk management

    • To monitor security and disaster recovery of departmental information by reviewing measures in place, identifying risks and implementing mitigating measures as required

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Post graduate qualification in Business Management preferred.
    • 10 to 15 years in maintenance and infrastructure management.
