    Accounting to Reporting Specialist

    Accounting to Reporting Specialist

    • Ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (A2R) services to the sub-Saharan organisations in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirements

    Your mission:

    • Perform day to day activities with high functional focus and expertise
    • Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in AtR
    • Continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working
    • Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organization

    Your Profile:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accountancy Qualified Professional Accountant (SA) / Associate General Accountant (SA) will be an advantage.
    • Solid Accounting experience, including previous experience in a similar Accountant role will be an advantage.
    • 3-5 years' experience in working in an A2R team in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage.
    • Fluency in English is a key requirement. Mastery of one or more key regional language such as French or Portuguese will be an advantage.
    • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in working with BPCS, Infor M3, Lotus Notes, SharePoint and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.

    Business Development Manager - REX Africa & Middle East

    Business Development Manager Africa & Middle East – Coring Consumables Business Line (REX)

    • The role of the Business Development Manager (REX) is to develop a profitable business and increase market share in exploration tooling in the assigned regions, specifically Africa.
    • The BDM supports the sales team in the local Customer Centers (CCs) responsible for exploration products and  supports training and technical support on all exploration tooling applications.

    Your mission:

    • Strategic Market Development: Formulate and execute territory-specific sales channel strategies to enhance market leadership in exploration tooling.
    • Sales Planning & Execution: Collaborate with local sales representatives to develop and implement targeted sales and marketing action plans across assigned regions.
    • Operational Oversight: Monitor and support the implementation of marketing initiatives within Customer Centers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Training & Enablement: Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Centers and Product Companies, supporting training in product knowledge, applications, and commercial practices.
    • Customer Engagement: Strengthen client relationships through joint visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored training sessions.
    • Performance Reporting & Market Intelligence: Provide timely updates to senior leadership on sales progress, market dynamics, and emerging risks; contribute to forecasting and product development through market analysis.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align business goals, while upholding corporate standards in ethics, safety, and sustainability.

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Business, or a related field.  Or similar through work experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining or drilling industry.
    • Experience in making presentations to different audiences and demographic groups.
    • Ability to travel internationally
    • Fluent in English. French is desirable due to regional language needs in parts of Africa.

    CNC Operator

    CNC Operator

    • To support the output of precision manufactured components in a high-mix low-volume environment, adhering to high-quality standards through efficient, and effective, setting, operating and maintaining of CNC machinery.

    Your mission:

    Machine Setup and Operation:

    • Effectively setup and operate CNC mills, turning and live tooling machines according to the relevant specifications.
    • Perform initial setup checks to ensure proper alignment and calibration.

    Programming and Adjustment:

    • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to understand production requirements.
    • Input, and adjust, CNC programs as needed to optimize production processes to achieve the desired targets while maintaining quality standards.

    Quality Control:

    • Perform regular, in and end of process, quality checks on manufactured components using precision measuring tools.
    • Identify and correct any deviations from specifications to ensure high-quality production standards.

    Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

    • Conduct, and assist with, routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance, reliability and longevity.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.

    Your Profile:

    • Technical qualification in machining or related field - Tool & Die, Machinist, Turner etc.
    • Training in Quality Control and Standards.
    • Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Blueprint interpretation:
    • Demonstrated experience in the ability to read and translate information into effective job planning approach and methodology.
    • Ability to interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerencing) standards and industry norms.
    • Proven experience in the setting up and operating of CNC machinery without supervision, while meeting the planning requirements and deadlines - Hurco experience is advantageous.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience
