    Senior Document Controller

    Your Role Will Include:

    • Leadership: Act as the functional lead for document management across the ERP programme, mentoring and guiding document control functions.

    Financial Accountant

    • Our client is seeking to employ a Financial Accountant with 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role and with experience and knowledge of SAP
    • Education required:
    • BCom (Accounting/Financial management)
    • Preferably Completed CA(SA) Articles / CIMA articles (verified relevant work-based practical experience)

    Graduate Electrical Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and requisition instrumentation for assigned projects, ensuring standards, calculations, and verification checks are met.
    • Prepare and update requisition indexes, drawing indexes, and project instrument indexes; review flowsheets and instrumentation drawings.
    • Develop control/safety system requirements and prepare technical bid analyses; attend system FAT/SATs and coordination meetings.
    • Review, approve, and distribute supplier documents; assist Procurement Department and ensure timely availability of certified drawings.

    Senior Instrument Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and Approval: Responsible for the design, preparation, and approval of all instrumentation work, project-specific standards, and job notes. Ensure engineering activities comply with project procedures, standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
    • Project Coordination: Review and approve project schedules with the Project Engineer, prepare and manage instrument indexes and requisitions, attend coordination meetings, and ensure all engineering operations are completed within budgeted manhours and schedules.
    • Document Management: Review and approve all instrument drawings, supplier documents, and technical bid analyses. Assist in preparing general notes requisitions, control/safety system requirements, and ensure certified drawings are available on time.
    • Collaboration and Reporting: Liaise with the Chief Instrument Engineer, Procurement Department, and other engineers to address technical issues, provide progress reports, assist in contract changes, and follow up on instrumentation construction work. Stay updated on industry developments and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost.

    Qualifications:

    • BSc, BEng or BTech/ NDip with equivalent experience
    • In-Tools 6.0 or Higher

    Contracts Administrator

    Your Role: 

    • Manage the contractual and commercial aspects of projects, from tender preparation and contract awards to claims resolution.
    • Ensure cash flow is optimized, and budgets and forecasts are accurate and on track.
    • Partner with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, providing expert support on all commercial and contractual matters.
    • Contracted position based in Johannesburg

    Responsibilities:

    • Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, award, and administer contracts, including contract documents, amendments, and notifications.
    • Cost Control: Maintain project cost control systems, update projected completion costs, and manage back charges and change controls.
    • Contractor Oversight: Verify progress certificates, resolve claims, and evaluate contractor performance to ensure compliance.
    • Project Coordination: Attend inspections, kick-off, and progress meetings, while managing site instructions and ensuring contract compliance.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain control registers, communicate with head office cost control, and handle any additional contractual or commercial issues.

    Experience & Qualification:

    • A tertiary qualification in a Commercial or Quantity Surveying Field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Contract Administration within Commercial fields like Quantity Surveying
    • Experience with NEC, FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract
    • Experience in an EPCM environment 
    • Experience in evaluating, negotiating and awarding of contracts.
    • Good computer literacy skills in MS Office and Excel.
    • Working knowledge of MS Project would be advantageous but not a requirement

    Senior Systems Administrator

    • Responsible to provide specialist, high-level technical advice and support for the installing, testing, tuning, optimising, problem resolution, repairing, upgrading, and maintaining both externally and internally supplied hardware and system software such as Linux and Windows operating systems, data management products, office automation products, embedded systems, mobile systems, cloud systems, web systems, and other utility enabling software and related equipment.     Production Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee factory floor operations, with 70% of time spent on the factory floor and 30% in the office.
    • Solve technical issues on the shop floor as needed, exhibiting a hands-on approach.
    • Report to the Directors, maintaining self-sufficiency in operational decision-making.
    • Liaise directly with customers when required, handling problem-solving and customer relations.
    • Supervise and manage a staff complement of approximately 100 people.

    • Proficiency in reading complex engineering drawings.
    • Skilled in the use of measuring equipment and familiarity with metal machining processes such as turning, milling, and heat treatment.

    • Production planning and goal-setting abilities.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and employment laws.
    • Basic financial acumen is beneficial.

    Senior Infrastructure Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Monitoring & Support: Monitor the progress and performance of project discipline teams, providing feedback and support, and managing design scope changes.
    • Technical & Commercial Oversight: Provide direction on design quality, schedules, and budgets; review feasibility studies, tenders, and contractor documentation to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.

    • Detail engineering of roads, terracing, stormwater, ponds and network analysis of water and sewer pipelines.
    • Detail engineering of non-process facilities (offices, change houses, temporary and permanent housing facilities, etc.).
    • Site experience: construction.
    • Technical Competence – in terms of core engineering theory from first principles and ability to extend theory to new andcomplex problems.
    • Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of word, databases spreadsheets and discipline related application software.
    • Understanding of South African and common International standards and regulatory authority requirements in the miningand minerals processing sector.

    Structural Designer

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficient and Accurate Design: Produce clear, error-free structural models and drawings in line with sound engineering practices, project requirements, and relevant standards.
    • Timely Delivery: Complete designs and drawings within project schedules and man-hour budgets.
    • Compliance and Adherence: Follow applicable standards, company Drafting Procedures, and design protocols to maintain quality and consistency.
    • HSE Commitment: Actively promote and uphold high Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, striving to meet or exceed company HSE KPIs.

    Software Proficiency:

    • Skilled in relevant 2D and 3D CAD software, with familiarity in company Drafting Procedures.

    Preferred Tools:

    • Experience with Tekla Structures or Aveva E3D is highly desirable.

    Industry Insight:

    • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and operations.
