    Magazine Master

    Qualifications: 

    • Grade 12 / Matric ( with Mathematics)
    • Certified as Magazine Master with CIE
    • Blasting Assistant Certificate  fromThe Minning Qualifications Authority
    • Competent A Certificate  fromThe Minning Qualifications Authority (Desirable)
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email)

    Experience

    • 2 years Blasting Assistant experience
    • Supervisory experience
    • Transportation and storage of blasting accessories / explosives
    • A valid Drivers Licence for applicable explosives vehicle
    • Valid Police Clearance Certificate

    Duties

    • Receives finished blasting accessories / explosives from the plant as well as other orders placed by the Explosives Coordinator
    • Ensures that explosives are off-loaded and packed in the magazine in an orderly, secure and safe manner
    • Checks received blasting accessories / explosives against the delivery note and signs it
    • Books the newly arrived load into the Register Book
    • Verifies the physical delivery with the driver
    • Informs the Explosives Coordinator for further action when discrepancies are detected
    • Receives Schedule of Orders from the Scheduling Coordinator
    • Checks that the Continuous Transport Permit (CTP) corresponds to the order
    • Completes the pre-issue checklist to make sure that the vehicle and driver comply with all prescriptions, prior to loading of the order
    • Requests the driver to rectify the matter or otherwise contacts the Explosives Coordinator for higher level action in the event of non-compliance
    • Signs and files the checklist in the event of compliance
    • Ensures that the order is moved from the magazine, loaded and stacked on to the accessories transport vehicle in and orderly and safe manner
    • Makes out a Delivery Note / Requisition for the order and hands over a copy to the driver and a copy to the Administrator

    Training Administrator

    Qualifications

    • Matric/ Grade 12 (Maths)
    • Basic Understanding of Training and development would be beneficial

    Experience

    • At least 2 years’ relevant applied experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing  industry

    Duties

    • Keeping data and records of training and development of employees
    • Assist with administrative duties regarding the organisational development and training  needs of employees.
    • Assist with continual following up on training participants, to ensure training  requirements are met.
    • To assist with the managing of all logistical and administrative requirements to ensure  flawless delivery of our Training Courses/Events to our customers.
    • Assist with the planning, coordinating, and reporting on Training & Development of employees
    • Assist with the coordinating of all training interventions.
    • Assist with ensuring compliance with Training, HR & Labour Law legislative requirements: includes WSP-ATR & aspects of EE & BBBEE Reporting
    • Provide assistance with the BBBEE audits
    • Assist with administrative duties of application for Grants at relevant SETA
    • Assist with training audits: DTI skills audit, ISO audits, etc.
    • Assist with the collation of the information for the 12H Learnership tax rebate to submit to Group
    • Assist with the coordinating and administrate programs and technical skills
    • Assist with monthly reports on training and development state
    • Ensure integrity of HR systems and documents project management
    • Provide administrative assistance with Learning & Development and various HR projects  and initiatives as needed.

    Assistant Credit Manager

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field or Equivalent

    Experience

    • 4-5 years experience in Credit Or Collections Management
    • Knowledge of legislative requirements (VAT Act, Companies Act, Exchange Control Regulations, etc)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

    Duties

    • Assist the Credit Manager in all aspects of the department including but not limited to collections, customer service, fraud prevention, and reporting
    • Assist to develop, maintain and roll out credit policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations
    • Assist to implement Credit Management processes throughout the global organisation
    • Review and Assess the effectiveness of Credit Management and Collections processes 
    • Identify and communicate non compliance with the Credit Policies or Credit Management Processes
    • Review and analyse customer creditworthiness using internal and external data sources
    • Recommend credit limits and terms for new and existing customers
    • Monitor customer accounts for changes that may impact credit risk
    • Investigate and resolve customer disputes in a timely manner
    • Prepare monthly reports detailing portfolio performance and trends
    • Work closely with Sales and IT department to resolve billing and payment issues
    • Assist with training of employees on credit policies and procedures
    • Serve as backup for the Credit Manager in their absence
    • Other duties as assigned

    Agronomist

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of a B.Sc. Agric (Major in Agronomy, Horticulture and/or Soil Science)

    Experience

    • Previous or similar work experience will be a definite advantage

    Duties

    • Provide professional fertilization and agronomic advice to farming enterprises
    • Provide strategic support to Omnia representatives/agents 
    • Work in close cooperation with Omnia Regional Management 
    • Function as an integral part of and be central to the Omnia Marketing model
