Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12.
• 3 years’ experience in a Stores environment.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass Rand Waters K53 test.
• A forklift license will be an advantage.

Primary Duties

• Correct issuing of inventory as per reservation
• Receiving inventory as per required quantities on purchase orders and transfer requests
• Ensure that the quality of material received complies to site specification/standards.
• Ensure SDS is received with every hazardous item received.
• Packing inventory into proper bins using FIFO principle
• Safe material handling when inventory is packed or issued
• Monthly and bi-annual stock counts to be done accurately
• Daily stock counts to be done on daily movements of inventory
• Ensure stock availability by informing the Storekeeping Assistant of low stock levels.
• Provide full administrative support to the Storekeeping Assistant/Inventory Administrator
• Assist with driving duties (vehicle and forklift) as and when required
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints and queries timeously
• Comply with all legislation and organizational policies and procedures
• Compliance to ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001

Minimum Requirements

• M + 4 Legal Qualification or any recognized HR equivalent qualification with Labour Law as a major course
• LLB will serve as an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a unionised environment
• Minimum of 3 years of CCMA/ Bargaining Council exposure
• Exposure in Conciliation/Arbitration/Facilitation will serve as a distinct advantage
• Ability to co-ordinate, advise and assist Divisions and Departments with regards to Industrial Relation
• Ability to think and act at a strategic level
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Primary Duties

• Provide strategic Industrial Relations guidance and advisory service, direction and influence to all internal customers and the Rand Water
• Represent Rand Water at labour disputes before the CCMA and Bargaining Council
• Schedule and monitor disciplinary hearings
• Implement effective Employee Relations strategies and policies at Rand Water
• To consult with the business on employee relations requirements, to manage processes, facilitate discussions, provide advice and counselling
• Assist with policy review and drafting in order to meet changing legislative requirements and business needs
• Provide labour advice to management and employees
• Maintain a data repository for Employee Relations on the SAP HR system that with assist with compiling reports when required
• To perform the administrative functions related to all Employee Relations processes, including reporting and trend analysis

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/N3 certificate coupled with a recognized trade test in Instrumentation.
• 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in an instrumentation maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of Flow transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Temperature, PLC/SCADA as well as Analytical Instrumentation.
• Code EB Driver’s license and the ability to pass the Rand Water K53 drivers evaluation.

Primary Duties

The incumbent will ensure availability of an effective plant and continuous water supply to customers. The critical functions will include:

• Repairing equipment and perform faultfinding by diagnosing faults in loops, strips and repairing of instruments, re-assembling of testing equipment.
• Receive jobcards and attend to breakdowns and faults.
• Carry out routine maintenance and service of plant and equipment in accordance with the work schedule.
• Repairing and faultfinding of equipment by conducting regular equipment checks and carry out new installations with precision and commissioning of installation in accordance with wiring diagrams.
