Job Purpose:

Job Objectives:

- To manage customer service initiatives in the dispensary that results in a great customer experience, drives customer loyalty and achieves club card participation targets.
- To ensure integration and partnership with the clinic and healthcare aisle resulting in a full offering to customers regarding their healthcare needs.

Job Purpose:
- Ensure that during the Operations Inbound GRN (Goods received note) process that GWDP (Good Wholesaling and Distribution Practice) is complied with and that FEEFO/FIFO principles of stock rotation can be adhered to and that UPD SOPs are adhered to.
Objectives:
- Ensure that Supplier invoices are correctly, accurately and timeously captured onto the WMS in order to meet stipulated service levels and cut off times in terms of UPD SOPs and that the relevant packing away lists are printed before the products are packed away into the allocated bin locations.
- Ensure that the GRN are generated for product received on a daily basis and that GRNs captured balance to the supplier invoice by ensuring that the number of products and rand value of the GRN the tallies with the number of items and rand value indicated on the Supplier invoice/delivery note
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in your allocated GRN/work station is maintained and that necessary equipment is available and maintained in an orderly manner.
- Ensure that any disputes or errors found/identified are escalated and reported to the department
- Head and the UPD Planner and are rectified, and recorded by generating the relevant claim documents before the end of each cut off/shift and that GWDP and UPD SOPs are followed while handling returns
- Ensure that any breakages/spillages are immediately reported to the department head and Pharmacist and are recorded and cleaned up immediately in terms of UPD SOPs.

Job Objectives:
- To efficiently direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Purpose:
- To oversee a wide variety of Despatch activities including scanning and invoicing of orders from Distribution and Wholesale in accordance with Wholesale and Distribution SOP.
- Making sure orders are despatched withing the set cut offs.
- Responsible for the effective and accurate management and control of Inventory within the warehouse ensuring good Wholesale, Distribution and FMCG Practice is applied.
